Dr. Looney completed an optometric externship with Indian Health Services at Northern New Mexico Medical Center and a residency in hospital-based optometry and ocular disease through the Maryland VA Health System, with affiliations including Pennsylvania College of Optometry, Johns Hopkins Wilmer Eye Institute, and the University of Maryland School of Medicine.
