David Mohrman, OD

Dr. David Mohrman is an optometrist at The Eye Site of Aylett, providing comprehensive eye care for adults and school-age children in Aylett, VA. A native of Long Island, New York, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from New York University and his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. Dr. Mohrman completed externships at the Illinois Eye Institute, the Chicago Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and Chicago Osteopathic Hospital. He also served for 15 years as a civilian optometrist for the U.S. Army at Fort Lee, Virginia, where he directed the optometry externship program and trained optometry students. His clinical interests include contact lenses, dry eye management, ocular disease treatment, refractive surgery consultation, and pre- and post-operative care.
