Jeffrey J. Fuller, MD
Dr. Jeffrey Fuller is a fellowship-trained, board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases affecting the retina and vitreous. He has received multiple awards and scientific grants, including support for research involving the Moxifloxacin project. His research has resulted in publications, scientific presentations, and poster presentations, and his academic work has included mentorship under Peter Detloff, Ph.D., Robert Weiss, Ph.D., and Scott Woodward, Ph.D. He works to provide coordinated care from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up, with attention to both immediate concerns and long-term eye health. His retinal practice emphasizes careful evaluation, timely treatment, and ongoing monitoring for conditions that can threaten central or peripheral vision. He works with patients whose retinal conditions may require observation, office-based treatment, surgery, or a combination of approaches over time. This specialty requires close attention to changes in the macula, retina, and vitreous so treatment can be adapted as a patient’s condition evolves.
