Mark Morris, MD

Dr. Mark Morris is an ophthalmologist at Harman Eye Center in Danville, VA, providing comprehensive eye care with a focus on cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, external eye disease, eyelid lesions, and minor oculoplastic eyelid conditions. He completed undergraduate studies at Hampden-Sydney College, where he majored in Chemistry, minored in French, and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa and Omicron Delta Kappa. Dr. Morris earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia, completed internal medicine training through Carilion Hospitals in Roanoke, and completed ophthalmology residency training at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C. He established Halifax Eye Care Center in South Boston in 1991 and practiced there for 28 years.
