Paul W. Mallory, MD

Dr. Paul W. Mallory is a fellowship-trained ophthalmologist specializing in the medical and surgical treatment of diseases affecting the retina and vitreous.
Dr. Mallory provides comprehensive care for a wide range of retinal disorders and diseases, including macular degeneration, macular holes, diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments, and epiretinal membranes. His advanced training in vitreoretinal surgery allows him to offer both medical management and surgical treatment for patients with complex retinal conditions.
Dr. Mallory graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, before earning his medical degree from the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine. During medical school, he served as the American Medical Student Association South Dakota Chapter President.
He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis and went on to complete a fellowship in vitreoretinal surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Mallory is a member of the American Society of Retina Specialists, American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology, and Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.
